Bag in box is a new packaging form, which is convenient for transportation, storage and saves transportation costs. The bag is made of metallised PET, LDPE and Nylon. Aseptic disinfection. Bags are used together with valves and cartons. The capacity has now developed to 1L to 220l. Valves are mainly butterfly valves. Bag in box packaging is widely used in fruit juice, wine, drinks, mineral water, edible oil, food additives, industrial chemicals, medical reagents, liquid fertilizers, pesticides, etc.
The box is made of corrugated paper, it has the characteristics of high strength, light weight and environmental protection, and provides good transportation protection. Custom printing is available.

A: Our minimum quantity of custom printed bags is 5,000pcs per design.

A: Yes Our engineers can work with you to develop the best suited materials
3.Q: What is the time frame taken for custom printed?
A: 25 work days for production and 5 days by air shipment or 40-50 days by sea shipment. However if it is urgent we can rush.
4.Q: What is needed to provide you if I want to prin my design?
As long as you provide your design in software (Preferred Accepted:Adobe Illustrator - AI, EPS or PDF formats. All text and fonts
converted to outlines;Corel Draw - Export files as AI. All text and fonts converted to curves;Freehand - Export files as EDITABLE
EPS. All text and fonts converted to paths; Be sure to include all necessary linked images at high resolution in CMYK color mode)
